When things heat up at almost 1,000 meters above sea level in the middle of December in the impressive, wintry mountain panorama of the Gastein Valley, it can only mean one thing: the premiere of GASTEIN SOUNDS is coming up. The new winter open-air will take place for the first time on 12 and 13 December 2025 in Bad Hofgastein - CRO, SKI AGGU, SDP, IKKIMEL , BELLA, Frittenbude and DJ Slashy will provide the big beats to kick things off.

When and where will Gastein Sounds 2025 take place?
The Winter Open Air will take place on Friday, December 12 and Saturday, December 13, 2025 in Bad Hofgastein. The concerts start at 18:00 at the valley station of the Schlossalmbahn.

How do I get to the Gastein Sounds Festival?
The venue is easily accessible by car, train or shuttle service.
An event shuttle is offered for Gastein Sounds 2025, e.g. from Salzburg City, the surrounding districts or from Bad Hofgastein train station. The exact boarding points and booking information for the shuttle can be found here. Local shuttle buses also run between Dorfgastein - Bad Hofgastein - Bad Gastein.
